How It Works

This tool queries the DS record for a domain. DS records contain a hash of a DNSKEY record and are published in the parent zone (e.g., the .com zone for example.com).

Understanding Results

Results show the DS record(s) including the key tag, algorithm, digest type, and digest. DS records must be configured at your domain registrar and must match your DNSKEY records for DNSSEC to work.
